According to the message, district-level people’s co妹妹ittees and Irrigation Company, Drainage Company, Electricity Company, and Park and Green Tree Company in the city were asked to take active measures to deal with the approaching storm: keep a close watch on the storm’s developments, prepare human forces and equipment, directing localities in a timely fashion to ensure the safety of human lives and assets and keep damages to a minimum.
To actively cope and handle effectively any adverse developments of the storm, the city’s Irrigation Company and Drainage Company were asked to continuously inspect all dykes and lakes, especially projects under construction, and be ready to help localities in urgent cases.
The Park and Green Tree Company was asked to arrange timely resources to clear fallen trees, aiming at not affecting the city’s traffic.
Hà Nội Drainage Company has to be ready to implement drainage in urban areas, take measures to prepare essential equipment and drainage schemes for low-lying areas.
The co妹妹ittee requested the city’s police and transport department to ensure steady traffic flow, especially in inner and waterlogged areas.
